The ToneBender is modeled after the Colorsound ToneBender© (*). The Colorsound ToneBender is a highly sought-after four transistor fuzz based on the original schematic of the Big Muff Pi. Nonetheless, it has its own unique sound which is often brighter. With its own bank of notable users such as Jack White, Jimmy Page and Pete Townshend, this pedal became an icon of its own.
